  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.25 cup shredded cheese
  • 0.25 cup chopped vegetables (e.g. bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (e.g. chives, parsley)
  • null Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk eggs until light and fluffy.
  • Add butter to a large skillet over medium heat and let it melt.
  • Once melted, pour egg mixture into the skillet. Cook for a few minutes until the edges start to become golden.
  • Add desired fillings such as cheese, vegetables, and herbs, and fold the omelette in half.
  • Let the omelette cook for a few more minutes until it is cooked through.
