- 4 eggs
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - 0.25 cup shredded cheese
 - 0.25 cup chopped vegetables (e.g. bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
 - 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (e.g. chives, parsley)
 - null Salt and pepper, to taste
 
 
In a bowl, whisk eggs until light and fluffy.
Add butter to a large skillet over medium heat and let it melt.
Once melted, pour egg mixture into the skillet. Cook for a few minutes until the edges start to become golden.
Add desired fillings such as cheese, vegetables, and herbs, and fold the omelette in half.
Let the omelette cook for a few more minutes until it is cooked through.
