Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, and cinnamon. Mix until a dough forms.
Press the dough into a 9-inch tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine nutmeg, brown sugar, and apples. Mix until the apples are evenly coated.
Remove the tart pan from the oven and layer the apple slices in a rose pattern on top of the crust. Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the tart from the oven and let cool before serving.
