Equipment

  • blender, bowl, non-stick skillet, spatula, ladle

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon orange zest (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, flour, melted butter, sugar, salt, and orange zest (if desired). Blend until smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet and swirl it around to create a thin, even layer.
  • Let the crepe cook for about 1 minute, until the edges start to curl. Flip the crepe over and cook for another minute.
  • Transfer the crepe to a plate and repeat with the rest of the batter until you have a stack of crepes.
