Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 0.25 cup fresh tomatoes, diced

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add warm water and olive oil, and mix until dough forms.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the dough until it is about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread the mozzarella cheese on the dough and top with the beaten eggs.
  • Sprinkle Italian herbs on top and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and top with fresh tomatoes. Cut into slices and serve.
