In a medium bowl, whisk together the cornstarch, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Add the soy sauce mixture to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the sesame seeds and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is thickened.
Serve hot with a side of steamed vegetables.
