It’s no secret that I love chocolate, and that I’m always looking for ways to add a little something extra to classic recipes. That’s why I was so excited when I discovered this traditional Italian Chocolate Brownie recipe!

My family loves to bake and cook together. We usually spend our weekends in the kitchen, experimenting with new flavors and ingredients. So when I heard about this recipe, I knew it had to be a part of our next kitchen adventure. I decided to give it a try, and it was a huge hit with my family. Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Stir in the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  • Spread the batter into an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool completely before slicing.
