My kids always love it when we fire up the grill for dinner. So this summer, I decided to surprise them with a delicious Grilled Fruity Chocolate Pizza! I wanted to create a fun summer twist on their favorite dessert, and this pizza was the perfect combination of flavors. I used fresh seasonal fruits and creamy chocolate to create a dessert that even my picky eaters couldn’t resist. It was a huge hit with the whole family, and I know it will become a regular on our summer menu!
Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Tips & Variations:
- For a gluten-free version, use a gluten-free pizza crust.
- If you don’t have fresh fruit, you can use frozen fruit or canned fruit.
- For a healthier version, you can replace the chocolate chips with dark chocolate.
- You can also try different combinations of fruits, such as peaches, plums, and blackberries.
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top.
- Add the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on top of the chocolate chips.
- Carefully place the pizza on the grill and close the lid. Grill for 12-14 minutes or until the bottom of the crust is golden brown.
- Carefully remove the pizza from the grill and sprinkle the powdered sugar over the top.
- Cut the pizza into slices and serve.
