Top Grilled Fruity Chocolate Pizza

My kids always love it when we fire up the grill for dinner. So this summer, I decided to surprise them with a delicious Grilled Fruity Chocolate Pizza! I wanted to create a fun summer twist on their favorite dessert, and this pizza was the perfect combination of flavors. I used fresh seasonal fruits and creamy chocolate to create a dessert that even my picky eaters couldn’t resist. It was a huge hit with the whole family, and I know it will become a regular on our summer menu!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Tips & Variations:

  • For a gluten-free version, use a gluten-free pizza crust.
  • If you don’t have fresh fruit, you can use frozen fruit or canned fruit.
  • For a healthier version, you can replace the chocolate chips with dark chocolate.
  • You can also try different combinations of fruits, such as peaches, plums, and blackberries.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top.
  3. Add the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on top of the chocolate chips.
  4. Carefully place the pizza on the grill and close the lid. Grill for 12-14 minutes or until the bottom of the crust is golden brown.
  5. Carefully remove the pizza from the grill and sprinkle the powdered sugar over the top.
  6. Cut the pizza into slices and serve.
