Ingredients
1lbbrussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2largeapples, cored and diced
0.25cupolive oil
2clovesgarlic, minced
2tablespoonsfresh thyme leaves
2tablespoonsfresh rosemary leaves
nullSalt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, combine the brussels sprouts, apples, olive oil, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and toss to combine.
Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned.
