- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 0.5 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- 0.5 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 0.25 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey

In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, olives, feta cheese, parsley, and mint.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
