  • Large bowl, measuring cups, measuring spoons, knife, cutting board


  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 0.5 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • null Salt and pepper to taste


  • In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, olives, feta cheese, parsley, and mint.
