Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups uncooked white rice
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 0.25 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • null Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  • Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, onion, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the egg mixture. Scramble until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the cooked egg mixture to the cooked rice and stir to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve warm.
