In a large pot, cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl and set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, onion, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the egg mixture. Scramble until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Add the cooked egg mixture to the cooked rice and stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm.
