- 2 large eggplants, sliced into thin rounds

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 0.5 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 0.5 cup black olives, sliced
- 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 lemon wedges
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
