Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a stand mixer, cream together the butter, sugar, and orange zest until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix until combined.
Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in the orange juice and cranberries.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 20 minutes before taking out of the pan.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream.
