Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound beef steak, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups cooked noodles
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables, such as carrots, bell peppers, and snow peas
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 0.25 cup chopped roasted peanuts

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the beef strips and olive oil. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned.
  • Add the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, sugar, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and salt. Stir to combine.
  • Add the cooked noodles, vegetables, green onions, and cilantro. Stir to combine.
  • Reduce the heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
  • Serve in bowls and top with chopped peanuts.
