Large pot, strainer, frying pan, wooden spoon, spatula
- 0.25 cup sesame oil
- 0.25 cup soy sauce
- 0.25 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 pound chicken, cut into cubes
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 cups cooked noodles
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
Add soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger and chili flakes. Stir until combined.
Add chicken and cook until browned.
Add bell pepper, onion and carrot and cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in cooked noodles and sesame seeds and cook until heated through.
Serve hot.
