Preheat oven to 375°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry into a 12x12-inch square.

In a bowl, combine the bacon, apple, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Brush the puff pastry squares with the melted butter and then top with the bacon and apple mixture.
Place the crackers on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
