  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 0.25 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
