Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup applesauce
  • 0.25 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 0.5 cup apple, peeled and diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and baking powder.
  • Add the smoked paprika and salt and stir to combine.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, applesauce, brown sugar and honey.
  • Add the bacon and apple to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  • Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a flat circle about 1/4-inch thick.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Cool before serving.
