Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 0.5 cup white wine
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, carrots, and celery and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add chicken and season with thyme, oregano, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add white wine, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer to a 9×13 inch baking dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
