Tip: For a twist, try adding 1/2 cup of diced cooked chicken or pork.

  • For a spicier version, add 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes or chili pepper.
  • For a vegetarian version, replace the eggs with extra vegetables.
  • For an extra boost of flavor, try adding 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro.
