Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 0.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the flour and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
- Whisk in the milk and bring to a simmer. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until thickened, about 3 minutes.
- Add the cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses and stir until melted and combined, about 5 minutes.
- Add the elbow macaroni and stir until combined. Cover the pot and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Uncover the pot and stir in the panko breadcrumbs. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
